Nine months after suffering a stroke, Ghanaian socialite and actress Moesha Bodoung has opened up about her health. She revealed that for several months, she struggled with walking and speaking.

"I completely went off and spent months in bed. I couldn’t walk, talk, or do anything. I thank God I am better now. As you can see, I can speak, though I'm still having difficulties. Half of my body is paralyzed; one leg and one hand aren’t functioning, so I can’t type on my phone, but I can talk,” Moesha shared with the blog.

Despite these challenges, Moesha remains hopeful for a full recovery, stating, “I know God will heal me, and I will become a global superstar.”

Earlier this year, following her stroke, her brother Ebito Boduong set up a GoFundMe campaign to raise $10,000 for her medical expenses. To date, approximately $5,158 has been collected, and according to nkonkonsa.com, Moesha has acknowledged receipt of the funds, confirming they are being used as intended.
