Diana Hamilton's AkwantuPa Experience in London on October 5.

Following its successful debut in 2022, gospel singer Diana Hamilton will host another AkwantuPa Experience at the Dominion Centre in London on October 5, 2024. This year's event is part of a collaboration with Enterprise Life Insurance to promote their AkwantuPa policy, specifically designed for Ghanaians living abroad.

At a recent launch in Accra, Hamilton reflected on the success of the previous London edition and expressed her excitement for the upcoming event. “The Experience with Diana Hamilton started in the UK. It’s important to return to where it all began, trusting the Lord every step of the way. Ten years later, it’s a blessing to celebrate our journey,” she stated.

The 2024 AkwantuPa Experience will feature performances by notable artists, including Kobbe Mante, Charlotte Appiah, and Nigeria’s Ada Ehi, among others.

Diana Hamilton’s musical journey began at a young age when she sang backup for renowned gospel artist Francis Agyei. Her early credits include featured performances on Agyei's iconic 'Metwere Obotan' and other projects in the 1990s, as well as collaborations with veteran producer Zapp Mallet.

Hamilton’s solo career took off with her debut album, 'Ɔsoro BÉ›kasa', released in 2007. Fourteen years later, she achieved a significant milestone by winning the prestigious Artiste of the Year award at the Ghana Music Awards, solidifying her place in Ghana's music scene.
