GNFS refutes claims regarding a fire at Jackie Appiah’s mansion in Trasacco.

Assistant Divisional Officer Grade One (ADO1), Alex King Nartey, from the Public Affairs Department of the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS), has dismissed reports claiming that actress Jackie Appiah’s home in Trasacco was on fire last night.

Around 8 p.m. on Friday, October 11, TV personality Mona Gucci posted a video on her Instagram showing a house engulfed in flames, asserting that it belonged to Jackie Appiah. Similar claims circulated in other reports.

However, Nartey clarified that the house in question is not owned by Jackie Appiah. In a Facebook update on October 12, he stated that checks with GNFS crews revealed the property belongs to Madam Samira, Jackie Appiah's manager.

He further noted that only a small section of the house was affected by the fire. "After confirming with our responding crew, the impacted house belongs to Madam Samira, and it was the cinema room that sustained fire damage," he wrote.
