Apostle Dr. Isaac Owusu-Bempah, head pastor of Glorious Word Power Ministries International, has prophesied that John Dramani Mahama, the presidential candidate for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), will win this year’s general elections.
He referred to Mahama as a man of kindness, stating in Twi, “Wo akomapa nti, nyankopong di oman nu ahye wo nsa. Bibiaa ntumi nsesa no,” which translates to “Because of your kind-heartedness, God has handed over the country to you, and nothing can change it.”
This revelation came during a prayer session organized by a group of pastors in Accra on Tuesday, October 1, in support of Mr. Mahama, who had invited clergy members to pray for him. The former President expressed his gratitude for Apostle Owusu-Bempah’s presence, acknowledging that the pastor had previously prophesied against him.
Before his remarks, Mahama expressed his happiness at the turnout of various clergy members, particularly noting his delight in seeing his friend, Rev. Owusu-Bempah. The gathering included church leaders from a range of denominations, such as Catholic, Pentecostal, Charismatic, and other spiritual churches.
