The police have taken into custody a man named Nana Amo Abraham for allegedly assaulting his 20-year-old daughter in Twifo Praso, located in the Central Region. According to the police investigation, the suspect physically attacked his daughter following a disagreement, resulting in injuries to her.
He is currently in custody and is assisting the authorities with their investigation, after which he will be brought before the court.
In the meantime, the police have arranged for the victim to receive additional medical care at the Police Hospital in Accra.
